Small-batch
coffee, roasted
above the harbor.
Twelve-kilo roasts on Tuesdays and Fridays in the old sail loft. Poured downstairs by morning, beside a window full of working boats.

Roasted
weekly
Beans never sit. We roast every Tuesday and Friday in 12kg batches.

A note from us
We started with one drum roaster and a stubborn idea.
